She is certified through the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT), having completed the advanced certification program, which includes a 100-question examination, submission of case studies, mentorship hours, and clinical observation of allied health providers. While certification is not required to practice myofunctional therapy, this program demonstrates her advanced training and clinical expertise.

She has also completed advanced courses to deepen her knowledge, including a 55-hour Functional Breathing course with Patrick McKeown, "Myo Mastering Tongue Tie Readiness" through Airway Health Solutions, and "Myo Circle - Advanced Myofunctional Therapy Course." These programs have enhanced her understanding of the critical role that breathing, tongue posture, and orofacial function play in overall health and wellness..

Lily's path into myofunctional therapy stems from a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals suffering from orofacial dysfunction, she aims to bring lasting improvements to her clients' lives. Through her holistic approach, she is dedicated to correcting these issues and improving the overall health and well-being of her clients.


Lily lives in Northern California with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys engaging in activities that nurture her soul and maintain her physical well-being. Tending to her garden is one of her favorite hobbies. She finds joy in hiking, weightlifting, and preparing nutrient-dense meals for her family.
